George Powell was the aide to the commanding officer of the Woodbine Operational Area's Bryceland PDZ as of 3025.[2]

Marshal Powell, serving under Marshal Walther Gothard, was executive officer of the Bryceland PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Powell commanded the First Crucis Lancers and was stationed on Tancredi IV.[2] By 3050, now-Hauptmann-General Powell, serving under Marshal George Simenon, remained executive officer of the Bryceland PDZ.[1]
