Ginny Ebaugh was the commanding officer of the First Sirian Lancers as of 3050.[1]

Colonel Ebaugh, serving with the First Sirian Lancers, was stationed on Acubens in 3050 but moved to Sirius by 3059 and remained there in 3067.[1][2][3] Originally an enthusiastic and spirited officer, the atrocities Ebaugh witnessed on Procyon during the liberation of the Sirian Holds caused a drastic change in her character. Ebaugh's anger lead to her becoming a vocal proponent for the secession of the Sirian Concordance from the Free Worlds League.[2]
