Early life[edit]
Glennon Mead was born into the noble Mead family of the Lyran Commonwealth.[1]
Military career[edit]
Mead would join the LCAF where he would lose his family's ancestral BattleMech in a Clan Jade Falcon raid in 3135, and then a replacement during the war with the Duchy of Tamarind-Abbey in 3138 to overwhelming opposition.[1]
Solaris VIII[edit]
This resulted in Mead traveling to Solaris VII where he joined Rowdy Pipers Stables and was known for his moustache and a string of victories with a stable-owned Shadow Hawk for the next two years.[1]
Magistracy of Canopus[edit]
A Magistracy of Canopus noble that reviewed his performance offered him a billet with the Second Canopian Fusiliers, which he accepted.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Mead would initially pilot his family Zeus. After the destruction of his 'Mech in 3135 he would be supplied with another family 'Mech, an Atlas, that he also lose in 3138. Once he entered service in the Magistracy of Canopus, he was given a BJ-5 Blackjack.[1]
