The Gogh-Bukowski University of New Avalon was a university established on the Federated Suns planet of New Avalon.
Background
Located on the planet New Avalon, the Gogh-Bukowski University of New Avalon was one of the most prominent schools of arts in the Inner Sphere.[1] The university was divided into the School of the Written Arts, the School of Visual Arts, and the School of Musical Arts.[1] Because of the school's liberal, anti-government political tendencies, the university's students had a history of finding themselves at odds with the students of the New Avalon Institute of Science. It was only during the reign of Katherine Steiner-Davion that the students of both schools found themselves on the same side in opposing her, with Gogh-Bukowski's students taking the lead in organizing various acts of civil disobedience.[1]
