Star Captain Gregory Stiehl was a freeborn Rasalhague Dominion MechWarrior during the Dark Age Era.[1][2]

Stiehl parents were originally from Arcturus, where they were farmers, before relocating to the Rasalhague Dominion following a Clan Jade Falcon raid which destroyed their homestead. The family was successful in the Dominion, as they developed various engineering techniques and farming equipment, which assisted in raising crops on otherwise inhospitable worlds.
Growing up piloting AgroMechs, but not really having an engineering mindset, Stiehl decided to enroll in MechWarrior training to support the Dominion in another way as well as protect his family from being attached again. Earning a kill in his initial Trial of Position, he was subsequently assigned to a Battle Star in the First Rasalhague Bears, under CO Star Commander Erkki Jorgensson.
From there he quickly advanced in rank, in time being assigned command of a Trinary in the First Rasalhague Bears.[1][2]
BattleMech[edit]
Gregory Stiehl was known to have piloted a MGL-T2-M Mongrel BattleMech, nicknamed Hod.[1][2]
