Major General Gyatso Skala was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 75th BattleMech Division as of 2764.[1]

Skala was born on the Draconis Combine world Agematsu, which caused some consternation in the Federated Suns, where the 75th BattleMech Division was based. However the grace shown by General Skala when dealing with the local Davion population helped sooth these complaints.[1]
