Hidden Lion

The "Hidden Lion" (yincang de shizi) initiative was a program instigated by Capellan Confederation Chancellor Daoshen Liao. Intended to swiftly expand the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces, the "Hidden Lion" program saw existing units reinforced and once-destroyed formations resurrected by the CCAF, both being equipped from secret caches of hardware kept in violation of Devlin Stone's Military Materiel Redemption Program.[1] [2]
