History

The Hallis was a martial family with at least three hundred years of history, in which they were part of the Amaris Civil War, the founding of the Clans and the Battle of Tukayyid. However, after Tukayyid, two Clans annihilated all known members of the family.[1]

Origins

The first known member of the family was the General of the SLDF Frederick Hallis.[2] Operation EXODUS divided the family, as one of the general's sons, Franklin Hallis, joined the exodus, and later followed Nicholas Kerensky in his Second Exodus at Strana Mechty, becoming one of the 800 Warriors than founded The Clans, while two of his siblings stay behind, in the Inner Sphere.[3] Franklin was assigned at the new found Clan Wolverine, eventually ascending at the post of SaKhan, but died when his clan was annihilated.[4] Nicholas Kerensky, knowing some Wolverines have escaped, created what called a Trial of Bloodright, a reward to those than erase traces of the clan Wolverine.[5]

Clan Invasion

The Operation REVIVAL surprised two Hallis, Bordon Hallis and Jodi Ann Hallis serving in the ComGuards, but both were killed in the battle of Tukayyid, the first by Clan Steel Viper and the Second by Clan Nova Cat.[6]

Annihilation

After uncovering the distant and indirect relationship between the Inner Sphere Hallis and Franklin Hallis, both Clans decided to annihilate the Hallis family, the three sons of Bordon.[7] Kristin Hallis was a Tank commander in the Draconis Combine army, his brother Leonard Hallis was a pacific engineer of the NAIS on Northwind, and their brother Andrew Hallis was an lieutenant in a Eridani Light Horse Regiment. A team of every clan compited with the other to locate and kill all three in combat, and they succeed, wiping any known member of the Hallis family.[8]
