Ian Young was the commanding officer of the Eleventh Aerospace Wing of the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Commodore Young, serving with the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires' Eleventh Aerospace Wing, was stationed on Sirius in 3059.[1] Although Commodore Young saw his wing's assignment as temporary, he was still with the Legionnaires on Sirius in 3067.[2]
