Lady Inese Lassonde was a MechWarrior and Knight of the Republic of the Sphere during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Lassonde's hasty transfer to an elite Knights Command Lance under its leader Lady Consuela Dagmar, at the same time as fellow Knight Sir Anthanassios Raptis, was attributed by some to desperation by the declining Republic of the Sphere. However her reassignment was suspected by others to be a recognition of her strong will and desire for order.
Lassonde had a particular skill against battle armor, with an uncanny ability to hit small targets, as well as to bring order to chaotic emergency battlefield situations.[1][2].

Lassonde was known to have piloted a NC-ACS-H Nova Cat OmniMech, nicknamed "Duke".[1]
