Inga Bjornnson was the commanding officer of the Stewart Dragoons as of 3050.[1]

Colonel Bjornnson, commanding the Juggernaut BattleMech regiment, was stationed on Payvand in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-General Bjornnson was commanding officer of both Stewart Dragoons regiments.[1] After fifty years of service in the Free Worlds League Military, Bjornnson retired and command of the Stewart Dragoons was given to Bjornnson's executive officer Richard Balkema by 3059. While Bjornnson's influence and input helped Balkema settle into command of the brigade, the retired commander's persistent contact with the members of the unit began to interfere with Balkema's duties and Bjornnson was explicitly warned to stop undermining Balkema's authority over his own troops.[3]
