Jeb Devers was the commanding officer of the First Bolan Jaegers as of 3085.[1][2]

Colonel Devers, serving with the First Bolan Jaegers, was stationed on Dixie in 3085. Due to the seniority that the local militia had over the newly-reformed First Jaegers, Devers was stuck organizing numerous efforts to ease tensions and promote cooperation between his soldiers and the local forces. While these efforts regularly ended in brawls between both sides, Devers' discovery that some of Dixie's mountainous regions effectively emulated the environs of Bolan itself somewhat helped with the First Jaegers' morale problems.[1][2]
