Fitte is not known to have graduated from any military academy but is believed to be a native of the Timbuktu or Melissia Theater. Having been spotted from as far abroad as the Timbuktu Collective and the Magistracy of Canopus he's gained a reputation for smuggling anything for the right price regardless of any moral qualms[1]
