Sang-shao Jianguo Barclay was the commander of the Second St. Ives Sentinels, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3145.[1]

Barclay launched a raid against the Federated Suns world Fortymile prior to December 3145, catching the Seventeenth Avalon Hussars just after they themselves had landed on-world, and managing to neutralize them as an offensive unit for a time. Departing for Highspire, where the Second was based with Barclay in December 3145, the Second took with them the legs of Leftenant General Pakpao Suttikul's BattleMech as trophies of war.[1][2]
