Jinjo Yamashia was a commander of the 20th Draconis Regiment during the Third Succession War.[1]
History
Brigadier Jinjo Yamashiga was in command of the 20th Draconis Regiment in the fateful Battle of Harlow's Wood on New Wessex in 3021. After many successful raids from Harlow's Wood, the 20th Draconis Regiment was tasked with rooting out the offending Black Widow Company of the Wolf's Dragoons. However, the Brigadier would deploy his BattleMechs by Lances when beginning his search of the Wood. This allowed the Widows to maneuver and engage each Lance individually where the Draconis forces could not support each other. By the end of a week's worth of fighting, the Widows had heavily damaged 18 of the 27 Lances sent to search for them. These losses, plus the eventual escape of the Black Widow Company would force Jinjo Yamashia to commit seppuku for his unit's failures in 3021.[1][2]
