John Necker was the commanding officer of the Coventry Operations Area's Santana Command as of 3050.[1]

Leftenant General Necker commanded the Donegal March's Santana Command, located in the Federated Commonwealth's Lyran Commonwealth state, in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion and the Santana Command's reassignment to the Tamar March, Necker continued to command the region by 3054.[2]
