Jon Bird was the commanding officer of the Thirteenth Donegal Guards as of 3067.[1]

Hauptmann-Kommandant Bird, serving with the Thirteenth Donegal Guards as aide to Leutnant-General John Stokoi, was stationed on Meacham in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Bird was promoted to Leutnant-General and was commanding the Thirteenth Donegal on Dalkeith by 3067.[1]
