Jorge Ustanicha was the commanding officer of the Second Battalion of the Longwood's Bluecoats mercenary group as of 3067.[1]

History[edit]

Major Ustanicha, serving with Longwood's Bluecoats, was stationed on Jansen's Hold on behalf of the Taurian Concordat in 3067.[1][2]
