Joseph T. Ragen was an officer in the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns.
History[edit]
Colonel Joseph T. Ragen was given the mission was to infiltrate and destroy the renegade mercenaries called the Dark Wing Lance. In 3017, the Dark Wing attacked Colonel Ragen's home on Redondo in retaliation, killing him and most of his family, with only his son Herras surviving.[1]
