History
Kalwa Seppanen was an officer within the Star League Defense Force, and by 2765 had reached the rank of Vice Admiral within the Star League Defense Force Navy. In 2765 Seppanen was serving as Commanding Officer of the "Nebula Eyes" - the Sixty-second Reconnaissance Squadron, one of the squadrons within the Sixth Fleet. Seppanen's flagship was the Aegis-class heavy cruiser SLS Black Templar, although the Sixty-second tended to operate in small flotillas consisting of a single Bug-Eye surveillance ship and a single destroyer or frigate, rather than as a single force.[1]
