Karl Timmerman was the commanding officer of the Alexandria FTM as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Timmerman, serving with the Alexandria FTM, was stationed on Alexandria in 3062. While once a loyal officer, Timmerman shared his troops' disillusionment with both halves of the Federated Commonwealth and believed that neither Katherine Steiner-Davion or her brother Victor deserved to rule. While it was unclear how far Free Skye's influence extended into the Alexandria Militia, it was believed that Timmerman's loyalties very much resided with Duke Robert Kelswa-Steiner.[1]
During the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Timmerman's unit did indeed side with the Free Skye secessionists, helping to take Freedom for the movement and remaining there by 3067.[2] Following the Jihad, Timmerman remained with the Alexandria Militia on Freedom as of 3085.[3]
