Kelly Hardo was the commanding officer of Sigma Galaxy from Clan Nova Cat.
Biography
Kelly Hardo was a Star Colonel from the 4th Nova Cat Guards between 3055 and 3062.[1][2]
In 3062 he won the Galaxy Commander rank of Sigma Galaxy, which he led from the Lachesis Keshik.[2]
