Kevin "Mac" MacKelvy was the commanding officer of the First Battalion ("Mac's Hell-Raisers") of the Longwood's Bluecoats mercenary group as of 3050.[1]

Major MacKelvy, serving with Longwood's Bluecoats, was stationed on Perdition on behalf of the Taurian Concordat in 3050.[1]
