Leslie Stokoi was the commanding officer of the First Brockton Training Battalion as of 3050.[1]

Kommandant Stokoi, serving with the First Brockton Training Battalion, was stationed on Brockton in 3050 and remained there by 3062.[1][2] She regarded harsh discipline as the only way to ensure students fulfilled their potential and, while her methods rarely involved violence, criticism came from many quarters deriding this treatment as brutal and inhumane. Stokoi refused to compromise, believing that her results justified her methods, leading to the Department of Military Education keeping a close eye on the battalion.[2]
