Li Sak To (b. ???? - d. ????) was the commanding officer of the 2nd Sword of Light during its involvement in the Black Dragon Society's coup attempt on Luthien in 3067.[1]

History
In 3058, he was a Chu-sa in command of the third battalion of the 2nd Sword[2], and in 3067 he had been promoted to Tai-sa and gained command of the whole Second Sword.[3]
Apparently involved in the Black Dragon-initiated Combine-Ghost Bear War, To grew increasingly frustrated with the perceived lack of honor and support he felt the DCMS showed the 2nd Sword of Light during that conflict. In the intervening years, he allowed the Society to influence the unit's members. In December of 3067, under the Society's orders, he initiated a coup of the Imperial government.[1]
The 2nd Sword captured the Voice of the Dragon's Luthien compound in the final week of December 3067 and the Imperial Palace on New Year's Day 3068.[4]
While it is not known if he survived the years of battle on Luthien, the remaining members of the unit surrendered and were all executed (without trial) in early 3075.[1]
Notes
Sak To is probably Emerald of the Black Dragons. While sources names a Tai-sa 'Tok Do' as Emerald[5], the fact the Tok Do is a planetary name, the fact the rank is the same, the fact that the names are similar, and the fact that both Emerald[6] and the Second Sword of Light[1] are mentioned to have started the rebellion makes it likely that Tok Do is a printing error.
