This Clan holiday, Liberation Day refers to the liberation of the Pentagon Worlds from the Pentagon Powers on May 26 2822.[1]
Overview
This is a day of remembrance for the Clans for those who have fallen. Even though all Clans celebrate this holiday, only the Warrior Caste may perform specific rites. Each Clan holds a ceremony outside its genetic repository to recognize the sacrifice of those who have gone before, paving the way for the Clans. Warriors are selected by lot to attending which is second only to Founding Day. Individual units spend at least an hour paying homage wherever they are based.
