The List of Honored Missing is a memorial for soldiers of the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces who died heroically in the line of duty.

Overview

The list dates back to at least the Second Succession War, when it was massively expanded in the wake of the Eighth Battle of Hesperus II. It contains the names of not only individuals, but whole military units and even spacecraft. The document is read by the Archon twice a year: once on Veterans' Day, [1] and again on January 5, anniversary of the Commonwealth's founding.[2]
