Planetary Info

Lyreton was a part of the Sian Commonality of the Capellan Confederation, located on the border with the Periphery and close to the worlds of Ward and Herotitus. Lyreton vanished from maps during the 3rd Succession War.[9][10]

The star map in the apocryphal BattleTech (Video Game), set in 3025, describes Lyreton as having a moderate population spread across the three tropical moons of a gas giant. Each moon is politically independent, and conflicts between them are common. The Lyreton system is said to have extensive shipyard facilities.[17]
