Manuel Riaz was a Bloodnamed warrior and commanding officer of Clan Cloud Cobra's 149th Cobra Guards as of 2954.[1]
History
Star Colonel Manuel was commander of the 149th Cobra Guards Cluster during Clan Coyote's 10 September sneak attack against the Cobra's capital city on Homer, El-Ghaza. When Manuel was killed in the initial fighting, Khan Patrick McCloud gave his position to Star Colonel Samson Izumi of the 214th Cobra Fangs on 13 September.[1]
