Marc Hulley was the commanding officer of the Accrington FTM as of 3058.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Hulley, serving with the Accrington FTM, was stationed on Accrington in 3062. Hulley took command of the Accrington Militia in 3058 during the Lyran Alliance's military-wide reorganization efforts. While Hulley was a staunch supporter of Archon Katherine Steiner-Davion, he walked a fine line in order to balance the interests of the Alliance with his soldiers' loyalty to the Isle of Skye. Dedicated to protecting the Port Moseby region from all aggressors, Hulley became increasingly worried that said aggressors would be Lyran rather than foreign.[1]
During the Free Skye Revolt, Hulley's unit sided with the Free Skye secessionists despite his personal loyalty to the Alliance, securing the world of Freedom for the cause before retiring back to Accrington for rebuilding.[2] After the Jihad, Hulley remained in command of the Accrington militia by 3085.[3]
