Maxim Vasiliev was a Commander in 2nd Regiment, McCarron's Armored Cavalry.[1]

Commander Maxim Vasiliev owed his personal loyalty to the Confederation as a whole, and the Chancellor specifically. Taking Colonel Samuel Christobal's battlefield philosophy of "be unpredictable" to heart, Maxim was often seen closing the distance with his enemies to pound them flat with a flurry of devastating physical attacks.[1]
