Maxwell Paganini was the commanding officer of the Federated Commonwealth's Summit Command as of 3050.[1]

Leftenant General Paganini was commanding officer of the Donegal March's Summit Command, located in the Pherkad Operations Area, in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Paganini continued to command the Summit region after its reassignment to the Alarion Operations Area and held that position by 3054.[2]
