Description

MechWarrior: Dark Age Starter Set is the first starter set for use in the MechWarrior: Dark Age miniatures game.

From the Website

MechWarrior: Dark Age is the new Combat-Dial Game set in the BattleTech universe! MechWarrior includes a variety of infantry, hover tanks, and other vehicles which fight right alongside the ’Mechs that make the game so distinctive. MechWarrior uses a combination of all these units to give battles an incredible level of depth and strategy, while keeping the game fast and fun. Each type of unit has special abilities, making each unique and valuable in the game. This is a game that’s easy to learn, but with deep combined arms strategies and tactics.

Each figure is on a combat-dial base similar to those used in Mage Knight and HeroClix, but MechWarrior is an advanced game and introduces a number of new abilities and rules that are specific to the BattleTech universe, such as heat and different methods of movement. There are 116 different figures in a complete set. Each Starter set includes 1 ’Mech, 2 vehicles, and 5 infantry.
