Tai-sa Mina Kobayashi was the commander of the Second Dieron Regulars' Dragon's Scales, with the Draconis Combine, from at least 3145 until her death in 3150.[1][2]

Kobayashi, with the Second Dieron Regulars' Dragon's Scales, was based on Dieron as of 3145.[1] In 3150, Kobayashi participated in the conquest of Fomalhaut from the Republic of the Sphere, but was killed in a sneak attack by an Archer BattleMech painted with yellow wings which referenced the Yellow Bird.[2]
