Moira Telinov was the commanding officer of the 254th Cobra Guards of Clan Cloud Cobra as of 3050.[1]

Star Colonel Moira Telinov, serving with the 254th Cobra Guards, was stationed on Homer during the 3050 Hellion's Fury campaign waged by Clan Ice Hellion.[1] When the Ice Hellions declared a Trial of Possession for six months' worth of OmniFighter production from El Ghaza's primary factory, Star Colonel Moira's unit met them in the Ortin Wastes on 26 May 3050. While the fight began to turn in Moira's favor, the death of Ristar Star Captain Khalid Kardaan lead to a collapse in tactical coherency, leaving the Ice Hellions victorious.[2] Despite this, Star Colonel Telinov continued to command the 254th Guards on Homer by 3061.[3]
