Formed about 2975 as a company attached to Hendrik Grimm II, by Dennis Moore. While an excellent soldier, Moore's ego annoyed his boss Grimm to no end. This eventually caused the regiment to be sent away from Oberon VI. For a long time this unit worked for the Free Worlds League. A new practice arose where Moore would hire apsiring or untried Mechwarriors in an effort to build a pool of grateful warriors loyal to him alone. Succeeded by Colonel John Moore Jr., service to House Marik continued, as did the Moore egotism. Eventually, they were forced to leave Marik service as well as leave the Free Worlds League. The unit found employment under Sato Kurita and the Draconis Combine.
