History[edit]
Horiama was raised on tales of the exploits of ancient Kuritan MechWarriors, leading her to attend the Sun Tzu School of Combat, from which she graduated with honors. Initially wanting to join the all-female Amaterasu Regiment of the Dragon's Fury, she later decided that remaining within the Combine would be best for her future.
Being assigned to the Pesht Regulars after graduation, she steadily rose through the ranks, including being decorated with a Guardian of the Lair award for her strategic skills during a Rasalhague Dominion raid on Schuyler. These achievements eventually resulted in her being assigned to serve as a part of the command staff of the Warlord of the Pesht Military District.[1][2]
BattleMech[edit]
Moriko Horiama was known to have piloted a SH-V-H Shiro BattleMech, nicknamed Kaminari (Thunder).[1][2]
