Overview[edit]
A Neural Lash is a personal defense weapon operating on similar principles to a Stunstick. The lash consists of a weighted cord and handle which hangs concealed from a strap on the user's wrist and sits comfortable in the palm of their hand. The handle contains the power pack and a control box which connects to the cord, the majority of which is wrapped around a spring-loaded reel within the control box and is tipped with a metallic ball. When snapped forward with a proper swing, the weight draws the line forward, creating enough length to be used as a whip and deliver a shock jolt to the target, before the line is reeled back in.[1]
