History
Patrick Snodgrass was a MechWarrior in the Sathen's Snipers unit when the Snipers found themselves under contract to support the Kokuryu-kai uprising on Luthien in 3068. A Captain within the Snipers, Patrick lost his 'Mech in the opening months of the campaign, but was able to salvage an F-configuration Raptor from a lance of the First Genyosha that the Snipers had managed to ambush, and went on to use his new OmniMech effectively in numerous battles against both the Genyosha and Word of Blake forces on Luthien.[1]
The previous pilot of Patrick's Raptor, Sho-sa Jaqueline Tokawa, survived the ambush that felled her 'Mech, having managed to crawl out of her 'Mech despite her significant injuries and found a place to hide while the Snipers were wiping out the rest of her lance. Jaqueline swore a blood oath for revenge after the ambush, and after being equipped with a replacement Raptor, she battled Patrick at least twice in an attempt to fulfil her oath.[1]
