Paul Moon

Paul Moon (Born 3019 - Death 3156) - Clan Trueborn Elemental Warrior & Officer of Clan Smoke Jaguar. He later became leader of mysterious group of warrior-people known as the Fidelis.

Biography

Clan Invasion Era

Operation: Revival

Paul participates in Operation Revival, where he fought during on Marshdale and Jeronimo. He later received promotion and became an officer where he lead to conquest of Idlewind. He was part Operation Dragonslayer where he fought with fellow clansmen in the Battle of Luthien in 3052. Despite his personal bravery, the battle was loss.

Post-Tukayyid Years

By late 3052, Paul had earned a Bloodname of Moon and was commander of the Delta Galaxy's 3rd Jaguar Cavaliers. His unit was garrison on world of Hyner, where his among his troops he disgraced Star Commander Trent. Paul has told Trent that his mere existence was shame and that should had good grace to die on Tukayyid. He was disgusted by what he saw was Trent lies about his superior Star Captain Jez, where state she had lied how she has saved his life.

In 3054, guerrillas on world begun harassing Paul Moon's Cavaliers. He then order the destruction of village Beaver Falls, when it became obvious to him that the population was aiding in hiding of six guerrilla BattleMechs. Trent tried reason with him to prevent the destruction, but Paul dismissed him being soft. A year later, guerrilla activity continued to be a problem on Hyner. After his forces finish off the guerrilla movement, Paul order the eradication of another village as lesson to the population.

After combating a battalion of mercenary 'mechs and forcing them off the planet at cost of one his favorite and beloved warriors. He declares her a hero for single handily repulsing the mercenaries. He decides to send Trent to Huntress as honor guard for Giftake of Trent's rival Jez Howell. Paul believed he was finally ride of Trent, now on his way to the homeworlds.

In March of 3058, Trent returns Hyner with Trinary full of green troops. Reluctantly, Paul gives command of the trinary to Trent. Month later, Galaxy Commander Hang Mehta orders Paul's unit to attack Draconis Combine world of Maldonado. He dispatches Cluster of Troops to attack the planet. After the departure of raiding force, Paul receives word from Galaxy Mehta that Trent was to be arrested for assisting criminal on Huntress, Benjamin Howell.

Paul organizes a force to pursue Trent's force to Maldonado, arrives as Trent's Trinary is combating the Draconian forces on the ground. Paul, leading Star of Elemental Battle Armor, attacks Trent in mist of the fight. During the fight Paul loses his leg when he attacked Trent's Cauldron Born which suddenly exploded.

Operation Bulldog & Battle for Huntress

Paul has his leg regrown in time to fight Operation Bulldog troops, but is force to withdraw from Hyner. He and his people regroup with Galaxy Commander Mehta as the they fall back to Huntress. In March 3060, he given the honor to lead troops assaulting Eridani Light Horse troops. Paul contacts Light Horse commander, General Ariana Winston challenges her forces to fight on his forces in plains west of capital city of Lootera.

On the plains, Paul leads his reinforcements against the Eridani's defensive positions, but his forces are ravaged by artillery fire. His forces managed breach their lines with fury, but they turned back in end. Paul's is injured during the fight and left for dead by his troops. Later, ComGuard medics find him in his wreck elemental armor and they sedate him to save his life. He then later made a bondsman of ComStar.

After Operation Bull Dog forces arrive and rescue Task Force Serpent's forces. Trent appears in the ComStar field hospital where Paul was resting. Trent tell him its his fault that their clan was dead, that his action pushed him to become a traitor. Trent leaves Paul at his bed in grief of what has happened.

Marriage and Children

It is unknown if his Bloodname allowed him to foster any gene-children or had children after establishment of the Fidelis.

Character Notes

Paul Moon becomes (Thought not publicly known) as the longest lived known Clan Trueborn.
