Star Colonel Piers Tseng was the commanding officer of the 1st Bear Guards Cluster in 3085.[1]
History[edit]
Piers Tseng was rumored to be one of the few surviving Tseng Bloodname holders who remained after the Word of Blake attacks on their gene base.
A Star Captain during the Jihad, he led an Elemental force from the White Tornado, a converted JumpShip modified into an "assault" JumpShip. During the Ghost Bear attack on Luthien, his unit successfully boarded and captured the Danika's Run, a DropShip fleeing Luthien with a number of commanders from the Word of Blake aboard, one of them a Manei Domini that he managed to kill at the cost of losing his left arm below the elbow. As he didn't want to wait for a new replacement to be grown and he didn't want a cybernetic replacement either, he had his technicians modify his suit to account for the loss of his hand to the point that he was only a few milliseconds slower than before the loss of his hand.[2]
Sometime after that he was promoted to Star Colonel and command of the 1st Bear Guards.[1]

Tseng was known to pilot a suit of Clan Medium Battle Armor.[2]
