Pillan Levien was the commanding officer of the Sixty-seventh Assault Cluster of Clan Coyote as of 3050.[1]

Star Colonel Pillan Levien commanded the Sixty-seventh Assault Cluster on Londerholm during the Hellion's Fury attacks following the commencement of Operation REVIVAL.[1] When Clan Ice Hellion attacked both Clan Coyote and Clan Smoke Jaguar's holdings on the planet, both Clans furiously counter-attacked and forced the Hellion forces into retreat. As the fleeing invaders entrenched themselves in the ruins of the city of Vostok, Levien's pursuing Sixty-seventh Assault Cluster linked up with the 212th Jaguar Reserve Cluster and pushed into the ruins on 2 June 3050. Battling against the Hellion's own Seventh Attack Cluster and 150th Hellion Lancers, Levien's forceful assault in conjunction with the Jaguars' cautious approach dealt the Hellions many casualties and forced them into a final retreat under the cover of torrential rainfall.[2]
Star Colonel Levien continued to command the Sixty-seventh Assault Cluster on Londerholm by 3061.[3]
