Prince John Express Lines (PJEL) was, as of January 3133, a Towne-based interstellar shipping company.[1]
Overview[edit]
PJEL, headquartered in Port Howard, grew over time. It acquired another local company, the bankrupt recreational tour line Towne Charters, in 3125. In January 3133, it made a bid to acquire another bankrupt local shipping company, Norne Aerospace Corporation. This time, PJEL found itself competing with a bid from the far larger Bannson Universal Unlimited, represented on planet by Klaus Lettig. While Bannson's proposal included a severance package for any large-scale layoffs after acquisition, PJEL promised to lay off no more than twenty percent of Norne's staff and to halt shipments to planets with ongoing hostilities.[1] Norne's final buyer is unknown.
As of January 3133, PJEL's vice president was Richard Harvey.[1]
