It provided classic BattleTech (board game) record sheets for units that had originally been released with the first game set of the MechWarrior: Dark Age Collectable Miniatures Game.

Notes
- Clan Battle Armor (known as Clan Medium Battle Armor in later publications) and Hauberk Battle Armor were upgraded twice as battle armor rules were upgraded. Variants of both battle armor designs appeared later in Combat Equipment and Technical Readout: 3075.
- Mobile Tactical Command HQ was renamed and updated for Total Warfare use, it would later be featured in Experimental Technical Readout: Republic, Volume 2.[1]
