Rex Fillington was a member of House Fillington. Rex was described as a tyrannical, reptilian man who died at some point before 3056. Rex was responsible for raising his grandson Percival Fillington, the future Earl and Planetary Governor of Hachiman, who he treated very harshly.[1]
