Richard Kreese was a member of Kindraa Mick-Kreese and later Kindraa Mick Kreese Kline and the commanding officer of the Twenty-third Air Assault Force by 3059. Richard continued to command the Twenty-third until at least late 3067. It is unclear if Richard was serving in the Twenty-third when the Cluster was destroyed on Circe in 3071.
