Richard Steiner I (Born 2769 - Died 2823) was the eighteenth Archon of the Lyran Commonwealth.[3]
History
Archon
In January 2791 Richard was the commanding officer of the Eleventh Lyran Guards when his mother Jennifer was killed in combat on Styx. Richard would inherit the throne to the Commonwealth.[2]
Death
Richard would die of natural causes in 2823.[3][1]
