Robert Vargas was a MechWarrior in the Blackstone Highlanders during the Jihad.[1]

MechWarrior Vargas was known for using his BattleMech to hunt down slower opponents before attacking them from afar with his ER PPC and large lasers. These tactics earned Vargas seven 'Mech kills between 3060 and 3070, as a well as a sizable bounty from numerous pirate groups operating from The Rack.[1]
