Unit Description
The Robinson Battle Academy Training Battalion is attached military formation for training officer candidates of the Robinson Battle Academy. Not intended for frontline service, the unit is deployed in emergencies.[1]

FedCom Civil War
In middle of October 3062, alleged renegade Kurita forces attacked Robinson. Some of these forces spilled into the Battle Academy itself, and some of students of the Battalion called to action. Among these students was Arthur Steiner-Davion, with Count Tancred Sandoval. They help fight off and destroy Kurita raiders from the school.[2][3]

The Robinson Battle Academy Training Battalion was present on Robinson during the DCMS assault. They faced elements of Ryuken-nana.[4]

Game Notes
When using Force Specific Rules from the Field Manual: Federated Suns, the Battalion suffers from a -3 Initiative when facing Draconis Combine forces. However, they gain a negative -1 to their physical attack rolls when fighting them.[11]
