Star Colonel Sarah Hazen was the commander of Clan Jade Falcon's Third Falcon Velites, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Hazen Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3151.[1][2]

Hazen, with the Third Falcon Velites, was based on Lyons as of 3145.[1]
Battle of Terra[edit]
Hazen remained in command of Third Falcon Velites during Battle of Terra in 3151, including the IlClan Trial, at the end of which she refused to comply with Galaxy Commander Stephanie Chistu concession of the Trial. The broken remains of her Cluster however refused to fight on, shooting down her 'Mech themselves, after she threatened to execute them for treason.[2]
